Kyoto in Oviedo recently catered an event for us. Lets get the obvious out of the way first. The food was delicious. To be more specific it was hot, it was fresh, and the steak in particular was quite tender and delicious. What really impressed me was that the food was ready on time and also the presentation in particular the Sushi Rolls was amazing. The photos speak for themselves. If its this good for a party of 20, I can only imagine a small dinner party.

I’ve been ordering from Kyoto for over a year and will continue doing so. My meal tonight was so good I had to get on here and give the staff here kudos. My thing is ordering takeout from Kyoto. It’s extremely convenient. Order online, get an estimated pickup time, show up on time, and grab your meal through your car window. An entire hibachi meal if you want. The staff do a great job wrapping everything so make sure to tip them. They just added a Yellowtail (hamachi) jalapeno appetizer to the menu and it was GREAT! They gave me thick slices too! I was so impressed! The eel roll was terrific as well. It comes with 6 pieces even though the picture only shows 5 Look at the picture of my steak hibachi dinner! The portions were big, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Nice and tender with a little pink in there. I recommend upgrading to the NY Strip...it’s worth it. The staff at Kyoto in Oviedo are quick, punctual, friendly, and do a great job overall. They are a well-oiled machine. Keep it up!

My husband and I enjoyed the food. He got the chicken hibachi platter and my sushi was really good. My kids didn’t really like their bento boxes but that’s probably just them being picky. Would recommend!

Kyoto is the best hibachi around that isn't fancy big brand. Always pleased with the chicken hibachi!

Have been getting takeout here for years and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality or quantity of food. The Sea Monster sushi roll is my favorite right now. Good proportion of veggies to meat.

This place has quite decent food at a good price. I like the fast-casual style, so you pay at the front which means no required tip. The lunch bento was around 11 which is a great deal on a meal that will fill you up. There was no wasabi to go with the roll which was a bit of a shame. And the bento is definitely more American than Japanese style. The onion "tempura" definitely tasted more like an onion ring. That being said everything was still fresh and tasty, and the value is hard to beat. Wife and I enjoyed the meal.
